Solutions Mechanical has done all my HVAC and plumbing work for years and they always do a good job. My house has unfortunately needed two new furnaces and AC units in the past 3 years, but Solutions Mechanical did a great job replacing (and now maintaining) them both.

This was the only local plumber that could send a technician out same day. Scott arrived within 2 hours of my call and replaced my broken garbage disposal in no time flat. He also cleaned up the job. Very nice and capable plumber. Highly recommend!

I needed to replace my gas water heater and wanted a local company. I contacted Solutions Mechanical & Plumbing on a Friday and spoke with Doug. He made me feel like a long-lost friend and not a potential customer, and he scheduled a service appointment for the following Monday. Jeff & Scott arrived on time, and thoroughly looked at everything. They were professional, polite, went over the problems I had, answered all my questions, it was obvious they were very knowledgeable in their field, and that made me feel comfortable with the Company. The next morning, I received the quote from Doug, and all the details were handled over the phone. Six working days later they had received the new water heater and Jeff & Scott were here to do the replacement. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was correctly installed and working properly. Their service was amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, guys,!

We put Solutions Mechanical up to a wicked challenge with a full repiping to replace old polybutylene piping in our weirdly-plumbed house, during a 90F+ heat wave week, no less. They got us on the schedule quickly and were on time and efficient throughout. There was great communication and we always knew when they'd be working here (no surprise visits or odd times). The initial estimate was accurate and their plans were discussed with us in advance, and all work performed aligned with those plans. They even managed to do fewer wall cuts than anticipated, reducing mess on our end. The financing plan was a lifesaver, making a big job more manageable to pay for. Workers were friendly and professional and cleaned up along the way and afterwards, and impact on our day to day life for the few work days was minimized as much as possible, which we appreciated. A friend referred us to Solutions Mechanical and we will now refer others. Highly recommended. Great quality work, constant communication and transparency, efficient scheduling, friendly service, and a reasonable price.

David and Darrell did great job with my sewer pump and control panel replacement project. They send text messages beforehand and always show up on time. Darrell is super knowledgeable in this field and he even tried to fix the control panel to save me some money. You can trust his honesty and reasonably priced high quality work. Great, friendly and timely service! Had an outdoor faucet that was leaking, they service was great when I called they were very friendly and sent a plumber out the same day. Dakota was very honest about the problem and explained the issue to me well instead of just sayin this is what I need to do. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. Then explained, what he would do to fix the problem properly. He showed up early and completed the job in a timely manner and was very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Dakota did a great job fixing our Rinnai tankless water heater. He was very responsive and personable. Everyone I spoke with at the company was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure our repair was done in a timely & professional manner. Our regular plumber didn’t have experience with fixing Rinnai and couldn’t figure out the problem. He said we needed a new water heater installed for $3600. I did some research and found out I needed a Rinnai trained plumber with experience not only installing, but also fixing Rinnai water heaters. I found Solutions Mechanical listed on the Rinnai website as a company with technicians trained on fixing and servicing Rinnai products. Dakota realized the problem right away and replaced my fan for $500. He also advised we need to have the unit serviced yearly and he performed the first ever service on the unit. I’m so glad I found them and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Solutions Mechanical will always be my "go to" company when I have any plumbing issues. They are very responsive and their staff is well trained and very professioanal. I recently had my four outdoor spigots replaced and their plumber, Dakota, came out and not only did a terrific job but took the time to show me how to oil the inside of the spigot as well as provide me helpful ideas to improve the softening of the water in our well system. If you are ever in the need of a plumber I highly recommend Solutions Mechanical!

Dakota was not only very professional, he was an excellent teacher to someone who was stumbling through a project. His demeanor and easy going attitude makes him the perfect person for this type of work that has ever changing situations. His company is very easy to talk to in all positions I have felt with. Needed my boiler fixed. A man came to my house, said he would order the part and get back in touch with me. 2 weeks and several phone calls later I was told that the person who came to my house was terminated and never order my part. Another week and another technician came to my house, he ordered the part and came back a few days later. He supposedly fixed the problem but 2 days later my basement smelled of gas so bad I had to turn the boiler back off. Several phone calls later and I still don't have a fix. Don't use this company. Yes they used to be good but the owner himself admitted he's having issues.

Your staff employee member CODY LAMB was phenomenal. You all need to know that he was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. Having a stranger come into your home to make repairs is normal, but something really stood out about him. I can't quite put my finger on it but EVERY PERSON IN THIS COMPANY needs to know what a great job he did. He was here working after hours yesterday without any attitude. Which is something you'd expect but don't always see. Then, first thing this morning he was here to finish up the job. We had no water pressure in our master bathroom at all. To say our water was a slow trickle would be a lie. Once he was done with his work, the water pressure was better than it has been the entire 6 years we've lived here. So please make a note of the fact that you have an outstanding person representing your company. That doesn't just show up to work for a paycheck, but you have someone that takes pride in the work he does. So THANKS AGAIN Cody Lamb. Your work is grately appreciated.

Our water heater stopped working and I needed a solution fast. I called Solutions Mechanical and Quentin showed up 30 minutes later, evaluated my water heater and found it to be not fixable. He quoted me a fair price and within 1.5 hours installed a new one. He was professional, new what he was doing and left my place clean and with hot water! I am very thankful for his expertise and fast service.

Professionalism, accountability, punctuality and communication are a must in business and very important to me. This business failed to do these in my opinion, 1st off they did not complete the job in time frame as promised, or at all. Heck they didn't even start when they were suppose to. They requested and require half the money up front, which is weird because they haven't done a thing at this point. Anywho gave it to them but they still didn't finish and left my property a mess. I was truly disappointed and disgusted. The communication was horrible the professionalism was nonexistent and I can not in good concosious recommend them, to anyone. I was truly exhausted by their work or lack there of and had to hire another company to finish and they literally took zero accountability. I am not pleased. I saw your response and your business did not perform as promised and left our property in disarray and still did not finish in time frame as promised. Did not make proper contact, used a construction size excavator and ruined our driveway but thought you could patch the asphalt back, make that make sense. I don't know if that is common practice for your business or not but you caused damage to our lawn and entire drive way. Also, you rescheduled our date on the start date because you claimed an employee's wife went into labor, had nothing to do with weather.

Put new pipes under my kitchen sink. Beautiful job!!/

We had an incredibly difficult clogged (standing water) kitchen sink that we tried absolutely everything. I called Monday afternoon around 2:30pm and a technician arrived about an hour later. We were very fortunate of how quickly he responded since he was in the area. He worked hard to ensure that the clog that had slowly accumulated over the past 20 years from a previously installed garbage disposal was thoroughly removed. Now our kitchen sink is no longer slow or has water that accumulates in the sink when the dishwasher drains!

I would highly recommend Solutions Mechanical & Plumbing. We called them on Monday and our our hot water heater was installed by Weds. afternoon. Prompt, courteous & professional. We worked with Scott McCombs who was exceptional in all aspects of his job. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Buyer Beware Over priced , unprofessional,

I originally thought I had a great experience with these folks. Turns out they damaged drain pan on the ductless unit during installation. Had them out to check the unit within the first year and Steve (the supervisor) claimed nothing was wrong, except dirty filters. They came back after another year and wouldn't you know it, there was a problem. Luckily for me I could spent an additional $2,000 to fix the problem. That's a hard pass for anyone with a two year old hvac unit. Shoddy work, shoddy installation, and shoddy support after the fact. But hey, they did get a chance to badmouth the former emploee who installed the unit. Thats a classy look. In the end, I fixed the problem for just under $10, saving myself almost $2,000. I will never recommend or use this company again.

Only reason I'm giving them 5 Stars is because they didn't offer 10! These guys that came to my mom's place later in the afternoon and stayed until 8-8:30 that night so my mom had water ! For the price they gave us and the extra effort they put into it, will definitely be my first call for any water problems we have in the future. Just wanted to thank you for everything you did.

Very, very expensive. Had two gaskets replaced in two outdoor faucets. Half hour of time and maybe $20 worth of parts cost $300. They were on time and knowledgeable but, I may just wait for my regular tech and save a ton of money.

Very, very expensive service. They charge WAY more than they should. They can usually fix things correctly, but their prices to fix things makes it not worth the cost to use them. I would gladly use them again if they lowered their prices or were at the very least upfront about what to expect in terms of pricing BEFORE they service something.

Kirk is awesome! There is very little information known about the heating system in my home but that didn't stop Kirk from attempting to fix it. And in no time he had it up and running. The prices are very reasonable.

We at Wayne Hills Baptist church have used David and his guys several times. For standard repairs and complex repairs and replacements, in both plumbing and hvac. They have always been quick to respond and very professional. Their pricing has always been fair and competitive. They are a pleasure to work with. I'm also a small general contractor myself. I've used them as sub contractors for a residential project. They came in and had completely redo all the plumbing and upgrade everything. They installed several independent wall units where we couldn't run duct work for central air. It was a 3 story home. They did great work and followed through on everything. They also upgraded the boiler system. They are clean and great to work with. I will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend that one shop around prior to using this company. I have one word EXPENSIVE. They replaced my well pump and my tanks (charged me and installed 2 and I only really needed 1) and charged me over $4000. I also had to reach out to a different company to have to evaluate for additional work they said needed to be done on the well as they did not have the equipment only to find out the work wasn't necessary. I also found out that other companies (I reached out to 2 different ones) would have charged almost half of what I was charged from Solutions. I tried to reach out to Solutions to inquire as to why their pricing was so much more and they were very defensive and not willing to compete with other companies. Therefore, I am out almost an additional $2000 because their prices are so much higher than others who are just as qualified. I have no complaints about the quality of their work but their prices are too much for me to recommend them or to be a repeat customer.

I started having problems with my tankless water heater on a Thursday evening...no hot water. I contacted Solutions Mechanical on Friday morning and they arranged to make a visit that day. By Friday afternoon, the problem was diagnosed. Although it was bad news for me, John Dexter walked me through how it happened and what it would take to get it repaired/replaced. He also assured me how to safely make it though the upcoming days with hot water. The following week, he replaced the broken unit and also installed additional safeguards to prevent it from happening again. The quote they provided me was exactly what they charged me even though installation took longer than expected! Thank you Solutions for working with me to get things fixed!
